I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University, where I had the privilege of studying in one of the top programs in the United States. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for my deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition — the pillars of a comprehensive health and wellness approach.
My journey in health and wellness isn't just confined to the classroom. As a former professional athlete, I've experienced firsthand the discipline, dedication, and resilience required to excel in your craft, and that mentality has carried over into all areas of my life.
